Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ZiziPaw website at https://www.zizizi.shop (the "Site") or purchasing products from us.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

ABOUT ZIZIPAW

ZiziPaw is an online store selling pet-related products. The Site is powered by Shopify, which provides technical e-commerce infrastructure. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for product sales or fulfillment.

We currently sell to and ship to customers in the United States. Orders ship from our fulfillment location in China.

ELIGIBILITY AND MARKET

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to place an order. By ordering, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

Our store currently accepts orders for delivery to addresses in the United States only. We may refuse or cancel orders outside that market.

PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We try to describe products accurately, including colors, sizes, and materials. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen. Product images are illustrative. If a product is not as described in a material way, contact us promptly under our Return and Refund Policy.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing or description errors even after an order is submitted.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown on the Site and at checkout in the currency displayed. Taxes, duties, and shipping charges (if any) are shown or described before you complete payment where the platform allows.

Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and third-party payment providers configured for our store. We do not claim that all payments run through "Shopify Payments." Available payment methods depend on store configuration and your location.

We do not store your full payment card number on our own systems. By placing an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you select for the total amount due.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, refuse, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, stock problems, pricing errors, or delivery outside our current U.S. shipping area.

You will usually receive an order confirmation email. That confirmation does not always mean we have accepted every item if later review finds a problem.

SHIPPING AND RISK

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Standard transit from China to the United States is typically about 14–21 business days after the order ships. That timing is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Title and risk of loss pass according to carrier practice and applicable law once the package is with the carrier, except where we remain responsible for our own shipping errors under our Return and Refund Policy.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Please review it before ordering.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

- Use the Site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to interfere with Site security or operations
- Scrape, harvest, or misuse Site data beyond normal browsing and shopping
- Submit false order or payment information
- Harass our staff or other customers

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Site content, branding, logos, product images, and text are owned by ZiziPaw or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use incidental to shopping.

DISCLAIMERS

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Pet products should be used as directed and with appropriate supervision. Stop use and contact us if a product appears damaged or unsafe.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZIZIPAW AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO AN ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER, EXCEPT WHERE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZiziPaw from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

PRIVACY

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Because we serve U.S. customers, California CCPA/CPRA rights and other U.S. privacy rights described there are especially relevant.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protection laws of your U.S. state of residence may still apply and cannot be waived where prohibited.

Before filing a formal dispute, please contact us at lucyhan88888@outlook.com so we can try to resolve the issue. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, courts with jurisdiction over our business in China may hear the dispute, subject to any non-waivable rights you have as a U.S. consumer.

CHANGES

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we post revisions. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
