Our Site is powered by Shopify. We currently sell to and ship orders to customers in the United States. Orders ship from our fulfillment location in China. ZiziPaw operates this store from China. We do not claim to be a United States company entity.

Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfil our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, payment providers configured at checkout, and shipping/fulfillment partners.

Source of collection: collected from you.
Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify and, where used, support tools that help us respond to you.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION

SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION

- We share shipping names, shipping addresses, phone numbers you provide for delivery, and order details with logistics providers and carriers so we can pack and deliver your order and handle returns. Orders ship from our fulfillment location in China.
- We may share device, usage, and certain order-related information with advertising and analytics partners (such as Google, Meta/Facebook, and similar platforms, where enabled) to measure Site performance, improve our marketing, and show relevant ads.
- We may share information with vendors who provide services such as email delivery, customer support tools, fraud prevention, cloud hosting, and IT security, under contracts that limit how they may use your information.

RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information, subject to legal exceptions and legitimate retention needs (for example, order fulfillment, returns, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance).

- Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
- Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.

SECURITY
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which maintains security practices for its platform. Payment card details, when used, are processed by payment providers through Shopify checkout and are subject to those providers' security controls. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password for any account you create and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or orders.
CHILDREN'S DATA
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 16 (or under 13 where that is the applicable U.S. standard under COPPA), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
ZiziPaw operates from China and currently sells to customers in the United States. Personal information we collect may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in China, the United States, Canada, and other countries where we, Shopify, payment providers, carriers, or other service providers maintain facilities.
These countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your state of residence. When we transfer personal information internationally, we take steps designed to ensure an appropriate level of protection, which may include contractual protections, working with service providers (including Shopify) that maintain their own transfer mechanisms, and limiting access to those who need it for the purposes described in this Policy.

We will respond within the timeframes required by California law (generally 45 days, extendable where permitted).
Other U.S. state privacy rights
Residents of certain other U.S. states (for example, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others with similar laws) may have comparable rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of targeted advertising or sale of personal information. GDPR AND SIMILAR LAWS (EEA/UK) — SECONDARY NOTICE
We currently focus on selling to the United States. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland and somehow obtain or use our Services, applicable data protection laws (including the GDPR / UK GDPR) may provide rights such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
