Shipping & Returns

<p><strong>Order processing:</strong> We usually prepare orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive tracking information when it is available for your shipment.</p>

<p><strong>Estimated delivery:</strong> Standard delivery to the United States is typically 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery to Europe is typically 6–12 business days, and delivery to other international destinations is typically 7–18 business days. Estimates can vary because of customs, local carrier conditions, weather, or public holidays. Import duties and taxes, if charged by your destination, are the customer's responsibility.</p>

<p><strong>Returns:</strong> You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for an unused item in its original, resalable condition and packaging. Please contact <a href="mailto:support@zizizi.shop">support@zizizi.shop</a> before sending anything back so we can provide the return instructions. Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We will review the returned item before issuing an eligible refund to the original payment method.</p>

<p>For hygiene and safety reasons, used grooming products may not be eligible for return. Please stop using any product that becomes damaged and contact us with photos if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.</p>
